Product Owner
We are seeking a Product Owner with 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS to bridge user needs and engineering execution. In this role, you will break down complex business epics into detailed technical user stories, manage the product backlog, and lead daily Scrum workflows with development teams.

Your responsibilities:
- Backlog Management: Deconstruct high-level epics into clear, actionable user stories supported by detailed acceptance criteria, while actively managing feature prioritization and leading backlog refinement and sprint planning sessions.
- Delivery & Quality Assurance: Engage with development teams daily to explain business objectives, verify finished features against predefined criteria, and eliminate workflow obstacles.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Collaborate with the Product Manager and cross-functional teams to collect requirements, set clear delivery timelines, and keep daily execution aligned with broader strategic goals.
- Operational Execution: Produce clear feature documentation and provide technical guidance to key accounts throughout pre-sales evaluations and post-launch onboarding.
Your experience or skills:
- 2+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Technical Product Manager, with a strong preference for B2B SaaS environments.
- Proven skill in authoring granular technical user stories and translating complex ideas into clear messaging for both technical and non-technical groups.
- Exceptional accountability, resilience, and proactive leadership to direct development teams and drive product decisions autonomously.
- Background in software development or familiarity with APIs, modern web stacks, or web scraping technologies is considered a major advantage.
- Hands-on experience leveraging modern product management tools to organize, streamline, and execute development workflows.
Salary:
Gross salary: 3200 - 5500 EUR/month
