Product Owner
We are seeking a Product Owner with 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS to bridge user needs and engineering execution. In this role, you will break down complex business epics into detailed technical user stories, manage the product backlog, and lead daily Scrum workflows with development teams.

Your responsibilities:
- Backlog Management: Break down high-level epics into clear, actionable user stories with comprehensive acceptance criteria, continuously prioritizing feature requests and tasks.
- Agile Collaboration: Partner with engineering teams daily to clarify business intent, run Scrum ceremonies, and resolve operational blockers.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Coordinate with Product Managers and internal partners to gather requirements and ensure day-to-day execution maps to product strategy.
- Operational Execution: Draft feature documentation and deliver technical support to key clients during pre-sales and post-implementation phases.
Your experience or skills:
- 2+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Technical Product Manager, preferably in the B2B SaaS sector.
- Demonstrated capability in drafting comprehensive technical user stories and translating complex concepts for diverse audiences.
- Strong accountability, resilience, and initiative to guide engineering teams and independently make key product decisions.
- Solid foundational knowledge in web technologies, APIs, network protocols, data analytics, or A/B testing frameworks.
- Practical experience using modern product management platforms to structure, manage, and optimize workflows.
Salary:
Gross salary: 3200 - 5500 EUR/month
Keep in mind that we are open to discussing a different salary based on your skills and experience.
